About RISO Workshop

The RISO Workshop was designed to build technical capacity in routing infrastructure and security operations across the Asia-Pacific region. Conducted alongside the 51st APAN meeting, this intensive training program targeted NREN engineers and IT staff.

With particular focus on developing and least-developed countries (LDCs), the workshop provided practical training on BGP, RPKI, routing security, and network resilience to elevate the region's research and education networks to global standards.

Our Mission

To empower NRENs and university network staff in Asia-Pacific with skills in secure and scalable routing infrastructure, promoting best practices and enhancing cooperation among NREN communities.
